- EA Duties
- Complex diary management resolving conflicts as they arise.
Communication with other EAs in the team and externally where necessary.
Communication agendas and responding to calendar changes as required.
- Highly demanding and complex travel arrangements to include travel itineraries, hotels, flights and cars, often making short notice changes.
- Entry of Company, contact and meeting data in CRM database.
- Preparation of expenses claims.
- Filing and archiving documentation.
- Performing duties as necessary to ensure the most effective use of the Executives’ time.
- Receiving and screening incoming calls, e-mail and correspondence. Prioritising and re- directing where necessary.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Assisting other EAs with duties and coverage as and when required.
Experience Required
- Demonstrable experience as an EA including international exposure.
- Strong academic achievement (university degree preferred).
- Demonstrated experience as a successful EA in a leading professional company.
- Track record of successful interaction with Senior Executives.
Skills Required
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point
- A formal secretarial qualification would be preferred.
- Strong command of French and English
