This is a full time administration position working for international business based in Farringdon, London. The position is working Monday to Friday either 8.30am to 5pm or 9 -5.30. You will be working with another administrator and between you, you will work a mix of these hours . The position is varied with you and the other administrator supporting the office with a mix of meeting and greeting clients, organising meeting rooms, filing, responding to emails and proofreading essential documentation and occasionally taking minutes for internal meetings. The Faringdon office has 80 – 100 employees. This is a temp to perm position, which would temp for a month or two , before going perm, should both you and the company feel it's a good fit. The ideal candidate will have some office experience and have used Word, Excel and Outlook and have a friendly and outgoing nature and enjoy working in a busy London office
