PA / Office Manager

Are you a proactive, organised and people-focused PA or Office Manager looking for a role where no two days are the same?

We're working with a growing communications agency based in Fulham that partners with organisations to communicate more effectively and successfully manage change.

Due to continued growth, they're looking for a quick-thinking, energetic and highly adaptable PA / Office Manager to become a key part of their close-knit team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone in the earlier stages of their PA career who is ready to take on a varied, fast-paced role with real responsibility and exposure to senior leadership.

You'll provide support to the Executive Chairman, Group CEO, and assist the wider Board as required, giving you the chance to build strong relationships with the most senior people in the business.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Providing high-level PA support to the Executive Chairman and Group CEO.
  • Coordinating diaries, meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Supporting Board meetings and assisting with ad hoc Board administration.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and helping create a welcoming office environment.
  • Managing the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring everything operates efficiently.
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Building strong relationships across the business and helping keep communication flowing.
  • Taking ownership of office processes and identifying opportunities to improve the way things are done.
