This is an opportunity for an experienced, confident PA to support a busy Managing Director within a buzzy creative agency in the heart of the West End. You’ll be joining a lively, collaborative team where culture genuinely matters. The environment is energetic, social and ambitious, but also supportive and down-to-earth. The role

This is a true right-hand role, offering high-level PA support and variety. You’ll be trusted, valued, and very much part of the inner workings of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Full diary and calendar management for the MD, including meetings, travel and scheduling
  • Preparing documents, presentations and correspondence ahead of meetings
  • Coordinating meetings and following up on actions to keep everything moving smoothly
  • Acting as a key liaison between the MD and internal teams, clients and external partners
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Developing a strong understanding of the MD’s role, relationships and working style to provide seamless support
  • Processing expenses, invoices and approvals in line with internal processes
  • Being a natural problem-solver and helping keep the day running calmly and efficiently
