We are partnering with a fast-growing media and Connected TV business to recruit an experienced Head of CTV Operations & Revenue to lead and scale their commercial operations function. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone with deep expertise across CTV, programmatic advertising, inventory management, and digital ad operations combined with the ability to build high-performing teams and drive commercial growth.
The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of the operational delivery, inventory strategy, and revenue performance across a portfolio of premium on-demand TV channels. Working closely with commercial leadership, agency partners, publishers, and internal operations teams, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future growth of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the day-to-day CTV advertising operations function
- Managing campaign delivery, trafficking, inventory allocation, and reporting
- Driving revenue growth across agency and direct advertiser relationships
- Overseeing forecasting, reconciliation, and delivery performance
- Building scalable operational processes and training frameworks
- Acting as the technical and strategic lead across GAM, SpringServe, and the wider ad tech ecosystem
- Supporting new business development alongside the sales team
- Mentoring and developing a growing operations team
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 5+ years’ experience within TV, Digital Video, CTV, or Programmatic Advertising
- Strong understanding of DSPs, SSPs, Ad Servers, OpenRTB, VAST, VPAID, OTT, and Addressable TV
- Experience working within a publisher, ad tech platform, SSP, DSP, or media environment
- Hands-on knowledge of GAM and/or SpringServe
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
