Volunteering Executive (Six-month Fixed Term Contract)
Reports to: Location: Senior Volunteer Engagement Specialist
Hybrid; 3 days per week in the office, remainder from home
Office: near Liverpool Street station
Contract: Full-time on a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months, with possibility of conversion to
a permanent contract
Salary: £33k-£35k per annum plus generous benefits
Start date: ASAP
Hours: 9.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (some additional hours needed for event
delivery and evening committee meetings)
Volunteer Programme Management
- Administer the volunteer recruitment process from enquiry to exit, delivering excellent client services
- Work with volunteers and staff to advertise volunteer roles ensuring the volunteer recruitment process is correctly followed.
- Support the matching of volunteers with roles and the vetting process while liaising closely with volunteer groups and staff leads
- Manage the onboarding process for new volunteers
- Manage volunteer data and update reports on key metrics
