We’re recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing premium fitness brand for an experienced Part Time Personal Assistant to support the founder.
The business is relatively young and as such you’ll implement lots of processes and procedures. You will act as a true right-hand to the founder and take ownership across diary, communications, operations and projects. The founder is a down to earth guy and easy to get on with. He needs someone with lots of common sense, who will crack on with the day to day time consuming tasks, so that he can focus on his ambitious plans to scale the business.
This is an incredibly varied role. One day you might be viewing properties and researching locations, contacting the council about parking, managing a building maintenance issue, booking flights and trains; the next you could be back to back interviewing candidates for a vacancy. No two days are the same!
Other duties include:
- Managing the founder’s diary, inbox and priorities with a proactive, forward-thinking approach
- Coordinating meetings, travel and logistics across business and personal commitments
- Acting as gatekeeper and first point of contact, exercising discretion and sound judgement
- Leading on planning and delivering events, launches and member experience initiatives
- Overseeing day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
- Liaising with suppliers, partners and the wider team on the founder’s behalf
- Supporting light marketing, brand and communications activity
- Managing finance admin, including expenses and liaising with external accountants
- Taking ownership of projects from start to finish
This is a varied role where you’ll be trusted to take initiative rather than wait for direction.
About you:
- Proven experience as an EA, PA or Chief of Staff supporting a senior leader or founder
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the polish to represent the founder externally
- Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable working independently
- Discreet and highly trustworthy with confidential information
- Thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Interest in fitness, wellness or health is a strong plus
Why apply:
- Work directly with the founder of a growing premium brand
- Genuine ownership and influence over day-to-day operations
- Flexible part-time hours to fit around other commitments
- Opportunity to grow with the business as it expands
If this sounds like something you’d love to explore, apply now or get in touch for a confidential chat.
