As they enter their next phase of expansion, they're looking for an HR & People Coordinator to play a pivotal role in shaping culture, supporting employees, and delivering impactful people initiatives across a multi-site operation.
- What you'll be doing:
- Building trusted relationships with employees across multiple locations
- Leading engagement, recognition, and wellbeing initiatives
- Supporting employee relations cases, including absence, grievances and disciplinaries
- Coordinating recruitment activity and helping attract top talent
- Supporting onboarding, training, compliance, and HR administration
- Contributing to people projects that strengthen culture and support business growth
- Visiting sites regularly to stay connected with teams and understand employee experience first-hand
- What we're looking for:
- Degree educated (2:1 or above preferred)
- Previous HR, People, Talent, or Employee Relations experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Someone who genuinely enjoys understanding people and creating positive workplace experiences
- CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) would be advantageous
