Their AI agent is already transforming how property teams operate, handling tenant communications, maintenance, and compliance autonomously. The Opportunity

This is not your typical EA role. You’ll act as the operational right hand to the founders, embedded in the day-to-day running of the business. You’ll help prioritise their time, prepare them for high-stakes conversations, and ensure the company operates smoothly at pace. If you’re someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, anticipates problems before they arise, and takes pride in making others more effective—this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Founder Support
    • Managing complex, fast-moving calendars
    • Inbox ownership, drafting communications, and driving follow-ups
    • Preparing briefs and research for key meetings
    • Coordinating UK & international travel
    • Providing ad hoc personal support
  • Operations & Administration
    • Supporting office operations and logistics
    • Managing suppliers, invoices, and expenses
    • Organising internal tools (Notion, Google Workspace, etc.)
    • Coordinating team events and offsites
  • Investor & Client Coordination
    • Scheduling and managing communications
    • Preparing meeting materials and briefing notes
    • Drafting investor updates and communications
    • Supporting relationship management
  • Projects
    • Owning ad hoc operational and research projects
    • Unblocking high-priority tasks with no clear owner

What We’re Looking For

  • Must-Haves
    • 2–5 years’ experience in an EA/PA role (startup or fast-paced environment preferred)
    • Strong academic background (First Class / high 2:1 preferred)
    • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
