We're looking for a proactive, personable Personal Assistant to join a fast-paced media agency.
Supporting the Sales Director and wider Commercial team, you'll provide high-level PA support, which will predominantly consist of extensive diary management, travel logistics and event planning.
This is a fulltime position, office based 4 days a week in the West End, working 9am – 5.45pm. They are a small, successful agency with around 10 employees and a fun and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Provide proactive diary and administrative support to the Sales Director
- Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, often with last minute changes
- Organise international travel, both business and private holidays
- Organise events for clients – there are two skiing trips planned in 2026 as well as smaller day trips including golf and sports events
- Manage expenses, purchase orders, and departmental budgets.
- Prepare professional presentations, documents, and reports.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including new starter coordination.
- Handle general office administration such as IT requests, stationery, catering, and logistics.
