A small, but fast-growing creative agency in Finchley Central is looking for a PA to support their CEO and oversee the office, HR admin and operations. As the CEO’s trusted right-hand, you’ll be their strategic partner, not just his scheduler. You’ll help protect his time, keep distractions at bay, and get stuck into all sorts of operational tasks that keep the company running like a dream.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll be the go-to for the CEO, making sure they stay focused on what matters most while you handle the spinning plates.
  • You’ll organise meetings, manage actions, drive small projects forward, and jump in wherever you see a chance to make things better.
  • You’ll help nurture our culture too, planning team events and overseeing the office, making sure our agency feels like an inspiring place to be.

  • Experience with HR admin, people ops, or finance tasks like invoices and expenses would be beneficial.
