🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Organise and manage schedules for senior staff.
- Client Onboarding: Oversee engagement letters, AML checks, and new client setup.
- Financial Admin: Handle invoicing, direct debit collections, and reconciliations.
- Compliance Oversight: Manage confirmation statements and dormant account filings.
- Office Coordination: Take care of phones, emails, and general administrative tasks.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date client files and documentation.
- Client Liaison: Be the first point of contact—friendly, responsive, and professional.
