A fast-paced creative content studio is looking for an organised and proactive Team Assistant to support business development, office operations, and wider agency administration. This is a varied, hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and being at the heart of a busy, creative team.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Support
- Support the Business Development Director with diary management and scheduling new business calls
- Office Management
- Order and manage office supplies, stationery, drinks, and snacks
- Oversee bookings for three meeting rooms
- Manage incoming and outgoing office post
- Liaise with the building receptionist
- Maintain a tidy, organised, and well‑functioning office environment
- Team Support
- Ensure First Aid training is up to date across the production team
- Order and return equipment and supplies for production shoots
- Agency Administration
- Book company travel, securing best value and ensuring team members are fully prepared
- Assist with internal IT queries and manage company IT equipment
- Organise agency‑wide bookings, including team socials, Friday wrap‑ups, and town halls
- Lead the Culture Club, hosting monthly meetings and organising team events
- Book couriers when required
- Raise purchase orders (POs) across the agency, including for the talent team
- Support ad hoc agency‑wide requests and additional duties as needed
