Marketing And Business Development Coordinator

A London based consultancy is looking for a talented Marketing & BD Coordinator to join their brilliant Clients Team — a dynamic group shaping how they engage with clients across sectors like competition, telecoms, energy, policy, and regulation.

You’ll support the Competition and Telecoms practices, delivering marketing and business development plans through events, campaigns, directories, content, and client data strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate submissions for legal directories and awards
• Manage conference participation, sponsorships, and event logistics
• Write and publish content for the website and social media
• Support pitch materials and client engagement initiatives
• Maintain and analyse CRM data to optimise campaigns

You’ll Bring:

• Experience in professional services marketing (economics, legal, or consulting ideal)
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Experience handling CRM systems and email campaigns
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders
• A collaborative, proactive, and organised approach
