As they enter their next phase of expansion, they're looking for an HR & People Coordinator to play a pivotal role in shaping culture, supporting employees, and delivering impactful people initiatives across a multi-site operation.

  • What you'll be doing:
  • Building trusted relationships with employees across multiple locations
  • Leading engagement, recognition, and wellbeing initiatives
  • Supporting employee relations cases, including absence, grievances and disciplinaries
  • Coordinating recruitment activity and helping attract top talent
  • Supporting onboarding, training, compliance, and HR administration
  • Contributing to people projects that strengthen culture and support business growth
  • Visiting sites regularly to stay connected with teams and understand employee experience first-hand
  • What we're looking for:
  • Degree educated (2:1 or above preferred)
  • Previous HR, People, Talent, or Employee Relations experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys understanding people and creating positive workplace experiences
  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) would be advantageous
