We’re partnering with a culture-led creative agency to find an organised, proactive and people-focused People Team Assistant to join their growing London team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and enjoys being at the centre of office operations, people coordination, team culture and day-to-day agency support.
You’ll play a key role in keeping the agency running smoothly across:
- Office & facilities management
- HR & people administration
- Recruitment coordination
- Team & production support
- Internal culture and engagement initiatives
- Agency-wide administration and travel coordination
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience in office administration, HR support, people coordination or agency operations
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Feel confident juggling multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Be proactive, solutions-focused and approachable
- Be comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
- Enjoy working across different teams and personalities
