We are recruiting for a well-established Private Equity firm with multiple locations, including London, Paris and New York. This position is a fast-paced and demanding role looking after 7 reports from MD level to Analyst. Lots of complex travel and ever-changing diary management requiring strong communication skills, high organisation and patience!

Working with other offices including Paris, a good level of French language is needed. Experience in a similar role and a love of juggling and working at pace is essential. This is a fantastic working environment, offering the opportunity to join an established team of talented Executive Assistants. Beautiful office, great benefits including around 20% bonus and your lunch paid for. 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.

EA Duties:
  • Complex diary management
  • Highly demanding and complex travel arrangements
  • Entry of Company, contact and meeting data in CRM database
  • Preparation of expenses claims
  • Filing and archiving documentation
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Assisting other EAs with duties and coverage as and when required
Skills Required:
  • Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong command of French and English
