We’re looking for a proactive, personable Personal Assistant to join a fast-paced media agency. Supporting the Sales Director and wider Commercial team, you’ll provide high-level PA support, which will predominantly consist of extensive diary management, travel logistics and event planning.

This is a full-time position, office based 4 days a week in the West End, working 9am - 5.45pm.

  • Organise international travel, both business and private holidays.
  • Handle general office administration such as IT requests, stationery, catering, and logistics.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a proactive, flexible, and can-do attitude. Proficiency with standard office and collaboration software is required.
