Join a dynamic, forward-thinking team of Executive Assistants on a 12-month maternity cover contract, supporting the General Counsel for the international division. This hybrid role (4 days in-office, 1 day remote) offers the opportunity to work alongside senior stakeholders at the highest level, contributing to key legal and corporate governance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- High-level executive support to the General Counsel
- Coordination of legal agreements and contracts
- Administration of internal systems including SharePoint
- Assisting with KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation and enquiries
- Preparation for and support of board and committee meetings
- Company Secretarial (CoSec) support
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate or legal environment
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Comfortable managing complex documentation and legal/compliance processes
- Discreet, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Experienced in using SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite
