Executive Assistant – 12-Month Maternity Cover

We are delighted to be recruiting for a leading global finance business, renowned for its innovation, collaborative culture, and stunning offices in the heart of the City of London.

Join a dynamic, forward-thinking team of Executive Assistants on a 12-month maternity cover contract, supporting the General Counsel for the international division. This hybrid role (4 days in-office, 1 day remote) offers the opportunity to work alongside senior stakeholders at the highest level, contributing to key legal and corporate governance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • High-level executive support to the General Counsel
  • Coordination of legal agreements and contracts
  • Administration of internal systems including SharePoint
  • Assisting with KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation and enquiries
  • Preparation for and support of board and committee meetings
  • Company Secretarial (CoSec) support
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate or legal environment
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Comfortable managing complex documentation and legal/compliance processes
  • Discreet, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Experienced in using SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of KYC and CoSec functions is highly advantageous
