Executive Assistant to support our Global Head of Tax, Head of Group Tax, and the Board in London. This role is for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover, with a base salary of GBP 70,000 + up to 20% Bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Extensive calendar management, coordinating schedules, calls and meetings.
  • Arranging national and international travel and itineraries.
  • Arrange & ensure smooth running of the Board meetings, events, AGM, Strategy day and annual overseas trip for all 12 members of the Board.
  • Overseas coordination of annual results and roadshows, manage RNS communications and point of contact for key external parties.
  • Organising team and business area events including seminars, lunches and dinners.
  • Business assistance including formatting and working on documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Extensive email, video conference (MS Teams) and phone liaison externally and internally.
  • General EA duties including completing expenses, onboarding new joiners and taking actions.
  • System and data management support including updating the HR system with absence and holidays, updating contacts and system filing.
  • Ad hoc duties as required including support and cover for other EAs.
