Business Development Manager – Luxury & Superyacht
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business, convert high‑end leads, and build long‑term client relationships within the luxury and superyacht space. This role combines consultative sales, project initiation, and account management to deliver a premium, white‑glove client experience.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and qualify new enquiries, ensuring fast and professional responses.
- Lead client meetings (remote & in‑person) and represent the company at industry events.
- Build strong relationships and maintain a high‑quality database of key contacts.
- Gather client briefs, guide clients on product and style choices, and oversee initial project set‑up.
- Coordinate sampling, prepare accurate quotes, and manage smooth hand‑overs to the project team.
- Analyse account performance, forecast sales, and nurture high‑value client relationships.
- Support ongoing improvements to tools, processes, and the digital client journey.
About You
- Experience in luxury sales, superyachts, fashion, or bespoke services.
- Proven success converting high‑value leads.
- Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong understanding of luxury clients and branding.
- Highly professional, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
- Confident using CRM and sales tools.
