We are looking for someone passionate about HR, who thrives in an ever-changing, innovative environment, having comprehensive HR experience with a wide exposure to key people management processes.
You will be required to provide an efficient, hands-on, operational function in line with our HR ethos, supporting the smooth operation of our dynamic HR team, ensuring that our colleagues' well-being is a priority.
You will be impartial, offering comprehensive advice on all aspects of HR, being mindful of legislation, best practice, and our business approach, while supporting the welfare of our teams during their journey with us.

Information:
- Position: HR Advisor
- Duration: Permanent
- Location: Based between South East London & City London Offices (with opportunity to travel to national contracts)
- Pay: £43,000 - £50,000 (Depending on experience)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 (flexibility required as per needs of the business), 3 days in the office and 2 wfh.
Competencies & Experience:
- At least 3 recent years’ experience in an HR/ER advisory role, leading on employee relations cases including performance management, capability, absence, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
- Good up-to-date knowledge of employment law and best practice solutions.
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exposure to confidential and highly sensitive subject matter.
- To play a significant role in building and maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
- Previous in-depth knowledge of employee relations and possess a real passion for working on multiple complex cases through to resolution.
- Competent and highly skilled in managing employee relations investigation processes.
- Independent worker: managing and prioritising deadlines and then delivering results and solutions.
- Adaptability skills - enthusiastic in driving change and innovation, strong credibility, professionalism, and ability to influence at a senior level.
- Commercially focused and service-driven while balancing a genuine desire to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Brand awareness.
- CIPD qualified preferred but not essential.
