Main role: To provide excellent administrative support to the assessment process and customer service to our students studying for the professional qualifications.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • To be familiar with the qualifications, and the different types of assessment and learning associated with each, and to provide excellent customer service
  • To take calls/messages and reply to emails received by the assessment team and subsequent inboxes, in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Troubleshoot the types of queries received and respond accordingly to both internals and externals
  • To support the assessment team by processing bookings for B2B, bursary, deferrals and direct entries and accurately tracking tasks
  • To raise Purchase Orders, process invoices received from assessment suppliers and accurately track invoices as they are processed
  • Follow guidelines and instructions to create and update documents from existing material, in line with branding guidelines
  • Maintain, update and send the Awarding Body communication to students, ensuring the content is accurate, uses house style and presentable
  • To support the assessment exam-build process, by checking all items/question papers and ensuring they pass the required checks
  • To conduct initial review of and support investigations of remote invigilation and plagiarism issues
  • To ensure all documents, materials and information are handled sensitively and adhere to the Data Protection
  • Undertake other tasks as may be reasonably requested and providing general administrative support to the team and Director of Awarding Body, as required.
