We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing premium fitness brand for an experienced Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support the founder on a part-time basis. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who has done this before - someone who can anticipate needs, bring structure to a fast-moving environment, and operate with discretion, polish and absolute reliability.

The role:
- Managing the founder's diary, inbox and priorities with a proactive, forward-thinking approach
- Coordinating meetings, travel and logistics across business and personal commitments
- Acting as gatekeeper and first point of contact, exercising discretion and sound judgement
- Leading on planning and delivering events, launches and member experience initiatives
- Overseeing day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
- Liaising with suppliers, partners and the wider team on the founder's behalf
- Supporting light marketing, brand and communication initiatives
