We are looking for a dedicated Odoo Developer to join a fashion / clothing business and become the in-house expert.
This is a chance to take full ownership of a recently implemented Odoo ERP, driving its evolution and tailoring it to our unique operational needs. You will be instrumental in a profitable, expanding business, directly impacting how we serve some of the world\'s most exclusive clients.
Key Responsibilities
System Leadership: Assume full ownership of the Odoo platform, transitioning from external support to an internal, dedicated role.
Custom Development: Design and implement custom solutions across key business functions, including sales, manufacturing, inventory, and accounting.
Integration & Expansion: Develop new integrations with external APIs and build new features, such as future customer-facing portals.
Strategic Enhancement: Collaborate with leadership to identify inefficiencies and create enhancements, dashboards, and reports that boost efficiency and inform business decisions.
Problem-Solving: Serve as the primary technical point of contact, offering creative and effective solutions to complex business challenges.
What We\'re Looking For
Odoo Expertise: Demonstrable experience in Odoo development, including custom module creation and workflow configuration.Python programming Odoo framework expertise.
Skills: Solid grasp of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), particularly within the Odoo framework.
Mindset: A proactive, self-starter who thrives on solving problems and can manage projects independently.
Preferred: Experience with ERP systems or knowledge of manufacturing and order management processes.
