The Membership Engagement Lead plays a central role in strengthening the relationship between the company and its members. This role is responsible for designing, delivering and continuously improving engagement initiatives that support retention, enhance the member experience, and build a strong sense of community. Alongside the Head of Membership, you will champion the voice of the member, ensuring their needs and expectations shape our communications, products, and engagement strategies. You will work closely with Education to support the conversion of students into engaged, lifelong members. This role requires creativity, excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management and a deep understanding of the value proposition of professional membership bodies.
