We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing premium fitness brand for a rare opportunity to work directly with the founder as their right-hand support. This is not a typical admin role. It's a chance to be fully immersed in how a business is built and scaled with real exposure, real responsibility, and the opportunity to learn quickly. The role involves working closely with the founder, helping to keep the business running smoothly day-to-day while also getting involved across operations, events, marketing, and brand. You will be:
- Managing the founder's diary, scheduling, and day-to-day organisation
- Keeping priorities and to-do lists on track
- Supporting across general operations and admin
- Coordinating with different areas of the business operations, marketing, and member experience
- Helping to plan and run events, launches, and member experiences
- Supporting with light marketing, social, and brand work
- Taking ownership of smaller projects from start to finish
- Acting as a reliable point of contact for the team, members, and external partners
This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days will look the same.
