Are you a driven and organised Operations professional looking to make your mark in the dynamic world of on‑demand TV and digital media? We’re looking for a Junior Ad Operations Executive to oversee internal sales support, campaign delivery, and revenue growth across a portfolio of on‑demand TV channels. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless campaign execution, managing advertising inventory, and developing strategies that maximise revenue opportunities across agencies and direct clients. You’ll play a key part in growing the media brand presence while ensuring commercial excellence and efficient operations.
Main Job Function
- Manage the internal sales support function while maintaining and growing existing business and generating new revenue.
- Efficiently manage day‑to‑day impression inventory, copy allocation and campaign delivery on the On‑Demand TV Channels.
- Maximise revenue by focusing on relevant targeted advertisers from agencies and direct clients.
- Deliver all revenue targets set by Managing Partners and accurately forecast revenues for the channels.
- Increase brand awareness.
KPIs
- Ensure all campaigns are set up correctly, monitored and delivered as per booking requirements.
- Ensure all trafficking of copy/clock numbers are correct against each booking.
- Provide weekly delivery reports on all campaigns tracking their delivery.
- Provide monthly impressions forecast reports (rolling 2 months before the month begins) to assist in forecast and revenue delivery.
- Provide delivery and PCA analysis reports as per agency requests.
- Ensure all revenue accounting is correct against Caria and IO bookings in Mediapro.
- Control and update all channel reconciliation spreadsheets and monitor under deliveries and any payback campaigns.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage operations to ensure campaigns approved are delivered to plan and discussed with clients weekly.
- Identify relevant clients that would sit well on the Channels and manage those already running.
- Learn and fully manage the Google DFP and other operations, inventory control, copy delivery and correct copy allocation across the client portfolio.
- Manage, coordinate and plan sales strategy daily, monthly, quarterly, annually within the set company structure.
- Provide external representation when required to media agencies, with strategies and presentations to encourage new revenue streams and achieve current targets.
- Identify key decision makers and sales opportunities within agencies via AV teams, Digital teams, Planners, Clients direct.
- Build relationships with business content supply side partners, understand their platforms and content models.
- Create and adapt existing sales collateral to highlight benefits of the portfolio of channels.
- Maintain regular contact with all clients and agencies liaising with buyers on campaign approvals, amendments, additions and sending impression delivery reports.
- Utilise communication and research tools to maximise sales, and gain knowledge of the digital and Smart TV market place.
- Fulfil required external representation to maintain awareness of commercial offerings and generate new revenue for the external team.
- Increase Brand Count across business channels.
- Manage business strategies and sales processes to contract new business and achieve targets across channel categories.
- Produce/maintain/develop weekly/monthly/quarterly sales/research reports such as Management reports, debt & credit positions, reconciliation positions, business plan updates, agency billing positions, contact reports as required.
- Accurately forecast revenues and inventory and update these weekly.
- Assist in and adhere to the creation of the company sales policy.
- Communicate effectively within the team, identifying day‑to‑day problems, issues, or developments, and initiate resolution.
- Develop and maintain effective working procedures/processes/relationships with internal and external personnel such as agency buyers to contribute to the effective running of the Sales account.
- Develop and employ the sales strategies and work practices set by the Managing Partners.
- Create systems and processes to develop, manage and monitor the London sales team.
- Work on new business pitches and help establish new on‑demand TV channels into the market when required.
- Train and help manage new and junior members of staff.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties.
