Personal Assistant
A busy and well-established company based in Central London is looking for an experienced and highly capable Personal Assistant to join a collaborative team. The role sits at the heart of the business, providing vital support to senior professionals and helping keep the fast-moving team operating efficiently.
Work schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home, based in the City.
Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive PA and administrative support to senior stakeholders and the wider team
- Manage busy and often complex diaries, coordinating meetings across different time zones
- Organise UK and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries
- Draft, format and proofread reports, presentations and correspondence to a high professional standard
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on actions
- Maintain internal systems and databases, ensuring records are accurate and compliant
- Assist with business development activity, marketing initiatives and event organisation
- Track professional development records and support audit and compliance processes
- Support billing activities, including invoice preparation and handling queries
- Provide flexible support across the team and offer cover when required
- Strong technical skills across Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe
- Experience using CRM systems such as Dynamics or Salesforce highly advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated discretion when handling sensitive information
