We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing premium fitness brand for a rare opportunity to work directly with the founder as their right-hand support. This is not a typical admin role. The role:

  • Managing the founder's diary, scheduling and day-to-day organisation
  • Keeping priorities and to-do lists on track
  • Supporting across general operations and admin
  • Coordinating with different areas of the business: operations, marketing and member experience
  • Helping to plan and run events, launches and member experiences
  • Supporting with light marketing, social and brand work
  • Taking ownership of smaller projects from start to finish
  • Acting as a reliable point of contact for the team, members and external partners

This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days will look the same.
