A fast-growing media and advertising business specialising in Connected TV (CTV), streaming and on-demand advertising is looking for an experienced Head of Ad Operations to lead the delivery and optimisation of advertising campaigns across its expanding channel portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in CTV, programmatic advertising or digital ad operations who enjoys combining technical campaign management with team leadership and commercial strategy.

You will be responsible for leading the day-to-day ad operations function, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently and to the highest standard. Working closely with the sales and commercial teams, you will manage campaign delivery across streaming and on-demand TV channels, while also helping to improve systems, workflows and team performance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the setup, trafficking and delivery of CTV and digital advertising campaigns
  • Overseeing campaign pacing, inventory management and delivery reporting
  • Working with platforms including GAM, SSPs and programmatic systems
  • Supporting agency and client relationships with reporting and troubleshooting
  • Leading and developing the operations team through training and process improvement
  • Managing publisher and channel partner relationships
  • Helping identify new operational systems and efficiencies
  • Supporting revenue forecasting and campaign reconciliation
  • Working closely with the sales team on commercial opportunities and campaign strategy

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for someone who understands the fast-moving world of digital advertising and streaming media and can confidently manage both technical operations and people. You will ideally have:

  • Experience within CTV, programmatic advertising, AdTech or digital media operations
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem including DSPs, SSPs, Ad Servers and programmatic buying
  • Experience using GAM / Google Ad Manager or similar ad serving platforms
  • Knowledge of VAST, OpenRTB and video advertising environments
  • Experience managing campaign delivery and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience managing or mentoring a team
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
