Who you are: SuperAwesome is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to support the Product Marketing Lead and the Head of Marketing. You will support our positioning, messaging, and go-to-market executions for our suite of advertising products and solutions, with a specific focus on gaming go-to-market strategies. You will act as a bridge between the product, sales, and marketing teams to drive product adoption and revenue.
Because our key customers are brands, agencies, creators, and publishers, this opportunity is ideal for someone who has worked in fast-paced, high-growth environments in enterprise technology, digital media, AdTech, MarTech, immersive gaming, or similar organizations.
What you’ll do:
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates, particularly focusing on our gaming products and environments, to bring new features to market in a way that maximizes sales and adoption.
- Support demand generation and sales enablement by customizing content and campaigns for advertisers, agencies, and publishers. You will tailor materials for specific client verticals (e.g., F&B or Retail) and partner with Sales and Product Management to execute go-to-market rollouts.
- Manage our CRM system and HubSpot outreach. In partnership with the wider marketing team, you will ensure that the design, copy, and distribution of company communications are consistent and high-quality. You will build and manage HubSpot email sequences and ABM initiatives to support strategic partnerships, track content downloads, and nurture inbound leads to drive ongoing conversations, meetings, RFPs, and closed deals.
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform strategy, gaining an in-depth understanding of customer problems and desires to improve our product positioning and competitive differentiation.
- Improve product-related content across various channels. You will manage website updates via WordPress, enhance SEO for the website, and ensure all product collateral reflects a unified voice.
- Work with our digital privacy experts, ensuring our positioning and content are aligned with our policies and our leadership in the space.
- Execute across multiple markets, including the US, UK, Germany, and France.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring visibility across the business and working to deadlines based on organizational needs.
- Stay up-to-date with everything happening inside the gaming ecosystem, from new games to new builders to new platforms.
Who you are:
- You have 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, adtech, or digital advertising, and must have proven expertise operating within a gaming environment.
- Ideally, you're a Roblox/Fortnite/Minecraft player, with a passion for UGC gaming environments.
- You have a clear understanding of Product Marketing frameworks and are comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
- You have experience working in the advertising or gaming industry. Experience in adtech, or with youth audiences, is a plus.
- You possess the ability to translate complex technical features into clear, customer-facing benefits and are a great storyteller with strong presentation skills.
- You are highly proficient with technology and tools, specifically HubSpot, WordPress and Google Workspace.
- You have excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and can confidently inform decision-making within the department while proactively sharing information to gain buy-in.
- You have a track record of building strong relationships simultaneously with Sales and Product Development teams.
- You are an analytical problem-solver who can tackle diverse challenges using data and analysis to select the most effective solutions.
- You move fast, have the ability to creatively solve problems in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment, and are focused on delivering results.
- You have experience working across multiple locations and time zones.
- You have the highest degree of professional ethics and integrity.
