Our technology is trusted by hundreds of brands and creators and enables more effective digital engagement with almost half a billion young people worldwide every month. As we specialise in reaching under‑18 audiences, we have to be as curious, fast‑paced, and creative as kids and teens. At SuperAwesome, you’ll be encouraged to own your impact, make your team more awesome, and evolve like a kid as you grow into your role. At our core is the #SAFam, a community where every voice is valued and diversity is celebrated. We prioritise individuality and foster an inclusive workplace where everyone feels they truly belong.

What you’ll do: SuperAwesome is seeking a Junior Campaign Manager to manage the end‑to‑end delivery of our paid media campaigns. This role is a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in the programmatic ecosystem, balancing global campaign execution with a focus on delivering high‑quality campaigns for our clients. As a Junior Campaign Manager, you will execute across the full campaign lifecycle. From gathering client assets and configuring campaign builds, to optimizing live campaigns and delivering post‑campaign reporting. We are looking for someone who is highly analytical, eager to learn, and has an obsessive eye for detail. You will be an action‑oriented team player who pushes yourself to consistently achieve objectives and always delivers on what you promise.

Key Responsibilities

  • End‑To‑End Setup & Launch Coordination
    • Kickoff & Setup Execution: Build out implementation documents, coordinate with our managed service partners to ensure accurate trafficking, and QA for accuracy.
    • Asset & Creative Coordination: Support the gathering of client assets, clearly communicate technical ad specs, and assist in thorough pre‑launch testing.
    • Forecasting: Manage inventory forecasting for upcoming proposals and active campaigns.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimisation
    • Objective Management: Monitor daily delivery across a portfolio of campaigns, ensuring they are pacing in full, hitting client performance metrics, and maintaining target margins.
    • In‑Flight Optimisation: Conduct daily campaign checks and execute standard optimisations in platforms like Beeswax, Google Ads, and Roblox.
    • Agile Execution: Actively monitor data and quickly identify when a campaign setup or strategy is no longer effective, pivoting your approach to get performance back on track.
  • Reporting, Troubleshooting & Team Support
    • Troubleshooting: Actively investigate delivery issues, tracking discrepancies, or tech bugs. Learn to navigate the ad tech stack to find the root cause before escalating complex issues to stakeholders.
    • Reporting & Wrap‑up: Pull data for internal weekly reporting, and surface pacing and performance observations.
    • Inventory Management: Support the coordination and organisation of SuperAwesome’s inventory and deal setup.
    • Continuous Learning: Absorb campaign learnings and programmatic plays to constantly look for ways to improve your own workflow and understanding of the kid‑safe marketplace.
  • Drive & Accountability
    • Drive: Pursue daily activities and operational challenges with energy, dealing with roadblocks in a responsive and constructive way.
    • Accountability: Take full ownership of your assigned tasks. Consistently deliver on what you have promised to both internal teams and external clients, acting with integrity at all times.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in programmatic media buying, ad operations, or a highly analytical entry‑level media role (strong internships in ad tech or media agencies will be considered).
  • Programmatic Curiosity: Familiarity with the digital advertising ecosystem and hands‑on experience with DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Beeswax or Google Ads.
  • Project & Client Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaign timelines simultaneously. Comfortable communicating clearly and professionally with clients.
  • Technical Toolkit: A foundational understanding of digital ad formats (e.g., VAST, HTML5) and tracking methodologies.
  • Data Fluency: Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. You should be highly comfortable pulling reports, manipulating data, and calculating performance metrics.
  • Execution Mindset: You don't just mindlessly click buttons; you are inquisitive, action‑oriented, and care deeply about the accuracy of your work.
