Brat is an open-fire kitchen where consciously sourced ingredients and cooking over flame and wood are at the heart of everything we do. Inspired by the coastal towns of the Basque Country and chef Tomos Parry's Welsh heritage, our menu evolves constantly, as does our 250+ bottle wine list.
About the role
We're looking for someone who loves restaurants as much as wine - curious, energetic and excited to learn, develop and share great bottles. As Wine Supervisor, you'll work alongside industry leaders in a hands-on, fast-paced and creative role, building supplier relationships, learning how we shape our wine list, supporting the training and development of the team, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. WSET Level 2 is preferred but not essential. Full UK right-to-work documentation is required.
