You will help maintain high standards of food preparation, oversee your section, and lead daily briefings to set expectations. You will develop tailored training for junior staff and ensure strict hygiene and food safety practices during service.
You will work closely with Sous Chefs during peak periods and stay informed about our produce and suppliers to uphold quality and a 5-star EHO rating.
