Brat Climpson’s Arch is a dynamic and passionate neighbourhood restaurant serving seasonal wood‑fired dishes in a unique courtyard space beneath the arches of London Fields.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Supervisor to join our team.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Managing a section in a fast‑paced environment while ensuring timely service.
  • Providing exceptional hospitality and customer care.
  • Sharing your in‑depth knowledge of our products and suppliers with guests.
  • Aligning your work with our company values and brand ethos.
  • Being efficient in all aspects of service and adept at multitasking.
  • Collaborating effectively as part of a team.
  • Participating in and contributing to daily briefings and in‑house training sessions.
  • Overseeing the front‑of‑house team to ensure seamless operations across all sections.
  • Inspiring, motivating and training the waiting team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Leading and executing all opening, handover, and closing duties to prepare the restaurant and FOH team for timely briefings.
  • What you’ll bring
  • Passion and knowledge of restaurants, good cooking, good sourcing of food and drink are a great head‑start.

  • Previous experience as a supervisor, head waiter, or waitress in a similar fast‑paced setting.
