We’re seeking a CDP to join our Kitchen Team!
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate closely with our senior kitchen team to maintain consistently high standards of food preparation and presentation, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Oversee and manage your assigned kitchen section, coordinating daily prep schedules and ensuring smooth operations.
- Conduct routine inspections of your section to ensure compliance with internal and external hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Ensure that all team members strictly adhere to food safety practices, including proper handling, storage, and labelling of ingredients.
- Serve as support to Sous Chefs during high‑volume service periods, providing backup and troubleshooting as required.
- Address any issues that arise during service quickly and efficiently to maintain consistent quality.
- Maintain knowledge of our produce and suppliers to ensure high‑quality ingredient selection.
- Ensure a strong understanding of food safety standards and legislative requirements to uphold a 5‑star EHO rating.
What you’ll bring:
- Passion and knowledge of restaurants, good cooking, good sourcing of food and drink are a great headstart. But most important is the appetite to learn, grow and be a part of building the most exciting restaurant group in London.
- 2 years of experience in a fast paced kitchen, where excellence is consistent on every plate.
- You’re confident in training and developing junior team members.
- A love for cooking and creating unique dishes.
