This role is a pivotal position in overseeing the creative direction, brand identity, marketing, and guest journey across Brat, Brat x Climpson's Arch, and Mountain Restaurant. The successful candidate will act as the key collaborator with Tomos Parry, site directors, and the senior management team to deliver a unified brand vision while maintaining the individuality of each site.
The Role:
- Drive the ongoing development of our visual identity across all platforms - from the perfect restaurant interiors to trendsetting marketing campaigns - by partnering with talented individuals who embody our vibrant and trendsetting brand.
- Lead on creating and developing menu designs, artwork and collateral for pop-up collaborations such as assets for guest chefs, social media content which always shows fire, atmosphere, ingredients and people.
- Direct and approve all photography and videography which tells a story and is warm, authentic and elegant.
Marketing, PR and Brand Strategy:
- Develop engaging marketing initiatives that resonate with the unique characteristics of each restaurant.
- Lead digital strategy across websites and social platforms, including the creation of engaging Instagram content showing energy and pillars of each restaurant.
- Working alongside our PR partners, manage all external communications, including press outreach, reviews, and partnerships.
- Creating copy that shows the stories behind dishes, highlight supplier relationships, and brand pillars in addition to behind-the-scenes preparation for pop-ups to show the collaborative energy of the sites.
Guest Experience and Community Building:
- Enhance guest experiences by curating menus, playlists, and decor that complement the atmosphere we’ve created. Your creativity will set the stage for the Super 8 story to come to life.
- Cultivate meaningful partnerships to enhance the guest journey.
- Craft high-engagement content for social media channels to grow our online community.
Event Production:
- Deliver on a calendar of captivating events across restaurants, from initial planning to attracting guests and growing a loyal following for our food and drink offerings.
- Work closely with operations and senior management to ensure alignment between creative vision and operational execution.
- Management, growth and development of one direct report, the Creative Assistant.
- Lead training sessions for teams on brand values, tone of voice, and visual guidelines.
