Role Description
This full-time, on-site role based in Sunderland is for an Assistant Manager who will play a key role in overseeing daily operations at Super Tramp Sunderland. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, maintaining a safe environment, managing inventory, and supporting marketing initiatives. The Assistant Manager will also handle scheduling, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with company and safety standards.

- Strong supervisory and team management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to ensure positive guest experiences
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle diverse tasks and prioritize efficiently
