We are on a mission to pioneer the world’s next era of play. As we grow across Europe and Latin America, we’re building The Playstack - the technology powering the next generation of sports, gaming, and fan experiences. Join us, and help make it the most widely used platform in the world!

To drive, govern, and execute the end-to-end lifecycle of in-house AI initiatives across our operational markets, our new AI Programme Manager will bridge the gap between core finance operations, data engineering teams, and advanced AI technologies. You will manage our portfolio of internal AI use cases, scale our multi-agent framework architectures, and nurture our internal network of AI Champions.

What the role involves:

  • End-to-End AI Programme Execution & Delivery: Oversee the scoping, development, testing and production deployment of all in-house AI tools and automated workflows. Partner with Data Engineering (Microsoft Fabric/Snowflake) and Business Application teams to deliver clean data pipelines and secure asynchronous data drops.
  • AI Governance & Ideation Management: Operationalise and maintain the AI Idea-Validation Matrix to score, prioritise and vet incoming use cases against Group priorities and ROI metrics. Conduct critical process reviews and process-mining gap analyses to ensure AI is applied to sound processes, and ensure all in-house solutions comply with internal data governance, security baselines and cross-border data privacy standards (GDPR).
  • Scaling the AI Champions Network & Ways of Working: Manage and orchestrate the internal network of Finance AI Champions across regional accounting and controlling hubs to surface operational use cases. Define and embed a structured way of working for AI adoption, including local activation activities, lunch-and-learns and prompt-engineering workshops, and maintain the central repository of deployed AI solutions to share success stories.
  • Stakeholder Management & Exception Routing Logic: Act as the key translator between technical developers and non-technical regional financial leaders (Heads of Accounting and Controlling). Oversee the logic design for automated exception routing systems, ensuring correct identification and escalation of localised statutory law deviations and system bottlenecks.

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of Project/Programme Management experience, with at least 2–3 years managing Data, Advanced Analytics or AI/ML software initiatives.
  • High proficiency in the mechanics of modern Generative AI patterns: LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Multi-Agent/Agentic frameworks.
  • Solid structural understanding of modern cloud data architectures (e.g. Microsoft Fabric, Data Lakes, Snowflake Data Warehouses).
  • Ability to map user journeys (Job-To-Be-Done pipelines) and translate them into functional technical specifications for engineers.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with a proven track record of navigating corporate matrix environments and managing resistance to change.
  • Certified Agile Project Manager (Scrum Master, PMP or equivalent), comfortable with fast-paced, iterative deployment cycles (MVP within 4–6 weeks).
  • A rigorous, objective analytical approach to assessing operational bottlenecks, risks and technical debt.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in high-volume transactional environments (Fintech, e-commerce, hyper-growth tech or gaming).
  • Familiarity with enterprise financial ecosystems, such as ERPs (Dynamics 365/Business Central), EPMs (Anaplan) or modern spend management tools (Dext).

What we offer:

  • Medical / Health Insurance
  • Open Annual Leave
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Training & Learning Development

Additional benefits vary by country and will be shared during the hiring process.
