Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the organisation and management team.
- Manage and amend the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, while ensuring priorities are effectively coordinated.
- Coordinate meeting arrangements, prepare meeting materials, and assist with minute-taking when required.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and document filing.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documents are properly organised and updated.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate arrangements and logistics for meetings or events, where applicable.
- Support the planning and execution of organisational events and activities.
- Perform procurement and inventory management for office supplies.
- Carry out other administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the CEO or management.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Prior administrative or office support experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
