THE POSITION: We want to hire an energetic and knowledgeable Soccer Coach to lead our players in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety. Our ideal candidate has a background in soccer (collegiate, travel-team, club, or high school) and prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper, or leader). New Coaches can work 5-15 weekly classes.
DAY TO DAY:
- Plan and deliver high-quality soccer training sessions
- Create a positive and supportive team environment
- Develop and implement player development plans
- Communicate with players, parents, and other coaches
- Guide regionally competitive teams in league games and tournaments
- Follow the team's training and practice schedule
COMPENSATION: Assistant Coaches start @ $18/hr. Upon completion of the training period, Head Coaches receive $25/hr.
