As a Preschool Enrichment Instructor, you will play a vital role in introducing young children to the fundamentals of soccer through fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities. Our program is designed to support preschool-aged children (ages 2-5) in developing their physical skills, social interactions, and love for being active in a non-competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead enriching soccer lessons that focus on motor skills development, teamwork, and self-confidence.
- Create a welcoming and safe environment that encourages participation and fosters a love for physical activity.
- Utilize positive reinforcement to promote self-esteem and enthusiasm among young learners.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s progress and class activities.
- Maintain all equipment and ensure it is organized and safe for use.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance coaching skills and program knowledge.
- Previous experience working with young children in an educational or recreational setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with both children and parents.
- Energetic, positive attitude with a passion for teaching and soccer.
- Availability to work flexible hours, especially during weekday mornings and afternoons.
- Willingness to complete background checks and maintain CPR/First Aid certification (or obtain it upon hiring).
