Super Soccer Stars is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of 2-5 Pre-School Coach. In this role, you will be responsible for coaching young children aged 2-5 under our crib-to-college player pathway program. As a dynamic coach, you will work with small groups of children to develop their soccer skills, teamwork abilities, and socialisation skills in a fun, non-competitive, educational environment. You will use positive reinforcement to ensure each child feels confident in their own abilities, allowing them to improve at their own rate. This position will offer you a chance to play an active role in children's development and improve their physical literacy, gross motor skills, and self-confidence while enjoying a rewarding career in the sports industry.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
- 1+ years of experience working with children aged 2-5 in a teaching environment
- Passion for working with children
- Strong teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly energetic, reliable, patient, enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Ability to work with little supervision and adapt to change
- Certified or willing to get certified with CPR and First Aid
- Ability to pass background check
- Plan and deliver dynamic and engaging lesson plans that align with the Soccer Stars curriculum to help children improve their soccer skills, movement, and coordination.
- Develop a positive relationship with the children and ensure that all activities are fun, non-competitive, and safe.
- Provide a supportive learning environment that encourages children to develop their self-confidence and communication skills.
- Opportunities to grow in position to a Senior or Master head coach

- Coach Referral program $50 to $100 for every coach you recommend
