Super Smart Service Ltd (SSS) established in December 2015 in West Midlands, UK. We are a large-scale multinational logistics company under the Zong Teng Group. Our main business is to provide Chinese domestic cross-border e-sellers and local online retailers in the UK to expand reliable warehousing business and timely delivery service platforms on international platforms. The operation started by providing reliable fulfilment warehousing solutions and prompt final mile distribution service for our cross-border e-sellers and UK local online retailers such as eBay, Amazon and other platforms. Over the past few years, we have formed strong working relationships with partners like Royal Mail, Yodel, Evri, China Post, DPD, XDP, Palletways as well as Goodcang, YunExpress and other logistic giants. Currently, our warehouses have expanded all over the world with 16+ warehouses in the UK and the business is still expanding continually. We have sites in Walsall, Lichfield, Cannock, Worcester, Wolverhampton, Stone, Derby and Alfreton.
About the role: This role is a commercial support position for Europe-based warehousing and supply chain projects, with the core objective of ensuring delivery certainty of key commercial milestones in a multi-project environment. You will be deeply involved in warehouse leasing, supplier sourcing, and cross-functional commercial coordination across multiple European countries. This is a project-driven commercial execution role, not a transactional order-following position.
Key Responsibilities- Warehouse Leasing & Commercial Support: Support commercial execution of warehouse leasing projects across Europe, including communication with landlords and property agents, compilation and comparison of commercial terms (lease term, rent-free period, handover conditions, etc.), tracking key project milestones from site selection to warehouse handover, maintaining project trackers and ensuring timely and accurate information updates, and supporting commercial matters related to lease renewal, expansion, or exit of existing warehouses.
- Procurement Project Support: Support procurement execution for major warehouse opening projects, including supplier communication, quotation collection, consolidation, and preliminary comparison, follow-up on lead times, delivery conditions, and payment terms, assist with contract, PO, and delivery milestone tracking, and support consolidation and reuse of procurement data across regions.
- Project Coordination & Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a commercial interface with internal teams including warehouse operations, administration, finance, and other stakeholders, track and follow up on commercial issues during project execution and support issue closure, and assist with priority management and milestone reminders under multiple parallel projects.
- Data Organization & Basic Analysis Support: Assist in organising commercial-related data, including but not limited to warehouse leasing costs and rent-free data, procurement costs and lead-time data, project milestone tracking data, and support basic data consolidation and reporting for project reviews and management decisions.
- Bachelor's degree or above; preferably logistics, supply chain, or business related.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in project support, commercial execution, or operations support.
- English and Mandarin as a working language for daily business communication.
- Strong organisational skills and execution capability, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
