Super Smart Service Ltd (SSS) was established in December 2015 in the West Midlands, UK. We are a large-scale multinational logistics company under Zong Teng Group. Our core business is to provide reliable warehousing and international delivery solutions for Chinese cross-border e-sellers and UK-based online retailers, supporting their expansion on global e-commerce platforms. We offer fulfilment warehousing solutions and efficient last-mile delivery services for platforms such as eBay, Amazon, and others. Over the years, we have built strong partnerships with leading logistics providers, including Royal Mail, Yodel, Evri, China Post, DPD, XDP, Palletways, Goodcang, and YunExpress. Currently, we operate over 10 warehouses across the UK, with continued expansion. Our sites are located in Walsall, Lichfield, Cannock, Worcester, Wolverhampton, Stone, Derby, and Alfreton.
About the Role
As a Commerce Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse management and business operations within the EU region. Your responsibilities will cover warehouse leasing, procurement, vendor management, insurance, and market analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, excellent organisational ability, and a solid understanding of commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support warehouse leasing projects across multiple European countries.
- Communicate with landlords and intermediaries, and compare lease terms (e.g. lease duration, rent-free periods, handover conditions).
- Track project milestones from site selection to occupancy.
- Assist with lease renewals, expansions, and terminations.
