Our mission is to provide cross-border e-sellers and local online retailers such as Tiktok, Shein, eBay, and Amazon with reliable warehousing business and timely delivery service platforms on international platforms. The operation started by providing reliable fulfilment warehousing solutions and prompt final mile distribution service. Over the past few years, we have formed strong working relationships with partners like Royal Mail, Yodel, Evri, China Post, DPD, XDP, Palletways, as well as Goodcang, YunExpress, and other logistic giants. Currently, our warehouses have expanded all over the world with 18 warehouses in the UK, and the business is still expanding continually. We have sites in Walsall, Lichfield, Cannock, Worcester, Wolverhampton, and Stone.

About The Role

  • Create manifests of daily orders for warehouse collection requirements.
  • Assist with daily collection exceptions; coordinate daily collection capacity between warehouse and third-party carrier.
  • Use a specific system to create daily orders, shipping labels, and collection bookings.
  • Support the customer service team for daily order delivery exceptions.
  • Manage email correspondence and forward messages to relevant personnel as necessary.
  • Order supplies from carriers when needed and keep track of all supplies in and out.
  • Obtain and organise relevant data, analyse anomalies, and summarise findings.
  • Assist and optimise billing exceptions between the carrier and our account.
  • Support internal transport planning, including driver work routes, addressing emergency transportation needs, communicating with drivers, and monitoring vehicle conditions.

The ideal Candidate

  • Must have a valid visa to work in the UK (this position does not sponsor visas).
  • Professional and adaptable communication style; must be fluent in Mandarin/Chinese and English, as communication with HQ in China is required.
  • Supply chain or related background is advantageous but not essential.
  • Holding a UK driving license is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills.
  • Proactive attitude and enthusiastic approach.
  • Attention to detail, self-motivated, team player, and hard-working.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Working Hours: 9:00-17:30, 176 hours per month (flexibility is required).

Wages: £26,200 to 28,000 with monthly KPI bonus.
