About the Role … You’ll help shape Macpac retail network across ANZ, leading strategic planning and delivery across new stores, optimisations and leases along with supporting our DC’s and Support Offices.
Partnering closely with operations, finance and external stakeholders, you’ll bring strong commercial insight to build a high-performing store network.

- Strategic Network Planning - Develop and deliver strategic network plans across renewals, new stores, relocations and closures, aligned to broader business objectives.
- Network Delivery & Site Execution - Lead end-to-end site delivery, including evaluating opportunities, negotiating leases, optimising the existing network and ensuring compliance with all lease obligations.
- Financial Management - Manage lease portfolio budgets, forecasting and feasibility modelling, tracking performance, CAPEX/OPEX and key commercial metrics.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management - Build trusted relationships with landlords, developers and internal teams while coaching Leasing Managers and representing Macpac in key negotiations and forums.
- Risk & Compliance - Proactively manage risk and ensure all leasing activities comply with legislation, procurement standards and company policies.
