About the Role…
Reporting to our Head of Profit Protection, you'll lead Central Operations across four iconic brands, driving execution of Group loss initiatives, strengthening governance, aligning stakeholders and embedding sustainable solutions that reduce loss, improve controls and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- What You'll Be Doing…
- Drive Group-Wide Delivery - Lead the execution of profit protection priorities across all brands, aligning initiatives, managing dependencies and ensuring delivery stays on track to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Lead Governance & Operational Excellence - Establish strong operating rhythms, governance frameworks and accountability measures that create clarity, consistency and effective decision-making across teams.
- Simplify & Improve Processes - Identify opportunities to streamline ways of working, improve compliance and drive efficiencies through standardisation, automation and continuous improvement.
- Turn Insights Into Action - Leverage reporting, analytics and performance reviews to identify trends, measure success and support data-driven decisions that reduce shrink and improve stock integrity.
- Connect Stakeholders & Enable Change - Partner across the business to align priorities, remove barriers and ensure initiatives are successfully implemented and adopted across brands and functions.
- Strengthen Capability & Performance - Support leaders and teams with the tools, frameworks and guidance needed to embed best-practice profit protection processes and deliver long-term sustainable results.
